Stephen GerryFounder & Principal Consultant

Stephen is a seasoned IT Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, and DevSecOps Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. He brings extensive hands-on experience designing, building, and securing complex enterprise environments for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.

His career highlights include:

• Leading the architecture and migration of High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters from RHEL 7 to RHEL 9
• Designing and deploying multiple production ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stacks
• Managing full Authority to Operate (ATO) processes — successfully regaining and maintaining a 3-year ATO
• Leading technical teams in Agile/SCRUM environments as both Engineering Manager and Product Owner
• Extensive expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware, Ansible, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure), DISA STIGs, and system hardening

Stephen holds multiple CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, Project+) and is passionate about building high-performing teams and automation-first solutions.
